They focused on making everyday experiences extraordinary for their customers.

Action item: Today, choose one task or responsibility that you typically consider ordinary and commit to doing it extraordinarily well. Pay attention to all the small details, put in extra effort, and aim for excellence. By consistently going above and beyond in even the most mundane tasks, you can create a habit of excellence and set yourself apart from the competition.
